Printico

Earlier today (well, technically yesterday) I stumbled across a blog post about favicons and somebody on Hacker News promised to implement a service which would create all those favicons for you.

That sounded like nice Friday night exercise, so I did really basic version of it myself, Printico. I'm sure that "TamDenholm" will do something much more comprehensive, but Printico does the job also.
