Created and edited timestamp

Created (and possibly edited) timestamps at the end of each page (excluding search results) are in the following form:

yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm

The time zone used is Eastern European Time, Helsinki.

Created timestamp represents the moment when the page was published, but not necessarily made visible on the front page, RSS feed and site search.

Edited timestamp, if visible, is the last moment when any change to the page was made. This includes also technical changes which do not alter the content.
